The remaining amount of the outstanding bill for your reservation needs to be payed on arrival and there is no refund for those who, having paid, will leave the B&amp;B before the reserved period.<\/li>\n<li>To be housed in our B&amp;B you must show a valid ID. Without a valid ID it will not be possible to be registered and saty in our B&amp;B.<\/li>\n<li>Daily cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms will be made from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m., if the guests are in the rooms at this times of the day, the cleaning service will be done the next day. Please, have your belongings in such a way as to allow cleaning.<\/li>\n<li>You are kindly asked to switch off room lights, air conditioning and other fittings, when you leave the rooms, to maintain low cost and save energy.<\/li>\n<li>Check-out is peremptorily to be done by 10,30 a.m. on the day of your departure. In the case clients need to check out after this time, this can be agreed with the responisble of the B&amp;B.
